The Motorola RAZR V3i has a height of 98 mm, a width of 53 mm and a thickness of 14 mm. The weight of the phone is 100 g.

LCD displays are currently taking a back seat. This is mainly due to higher power consumption. Motorola RAZR V3i is provided with a talk time about 400 minutes.
